obviously this is going dramatically effect your well-being  mental/physical health , social life & finances


these are some things I personal do/recommend ( I am not professional or Doctor )

I try to have at least one bath salt bath per week ….


again trying to have a healthy diet ..cut out process foods ,additives,  artificial sweeteners

I am in the process of trying to use more super foods …nuts etc

  1. The biggest coping tool I’ve found is to not allow yourself to get sucked into the attacks, and respond in any way. Emotions become a targeted individual’s enemy because they feed the flames of this hateful crime.
